- South Pennine Academies wish to appoint one supplier to service its catering services. Bid Deadline date : 26 May 2023
- Arun District Council is seeking a contractor for the Provision of Property Repairs, Maintenance and Inspection Services. Bid Deadline date : 23 May 2023

Contract Awards
In the last week, there has been significant activity in the FM industry, leading to the awarding of multiple contracts in both public and private domains. These agreements encompass a variety of services, including both soft FM and hard FM. In this update, we will showcase some of the most notable contract awards from the past week. Public sector awards:
- KGB Cleaning South West Ltd has been awarded cleaning services contract by Alban Academies Trust.
- Aspens Services Ltd has been awarded a contract to provide catering services for The Corbet School, and a delivered meal service to 3 local primaries.
- Cleverchefs has won a contract to provide all school catering and hospitality services for St Paul’s School for Girls.
- Samson Security Ltd has won Security services contract for Mersey Care NHS Foundations, including Man Guarding, Key Holding and Alarm Response.
- St Nicholas School has appointed Total Support Services Ltd to fulfil their requirement for Building Cleaning Services.
- Vertas win Grounds and Landscaping Contract with The University of Suffolk.
Private sector awards:
- Sodexo’s Corporate Services’ division has extended its soft and hard FM contract with BAE Systems Munitions, worth circa £16 million over the next four years.
- N G Bailey, has secured a five-year contract to provide maintenance services at Wembley National Stadium.
- Jaguar Building Services has been awarded the M&E contract at Arbor Bankside Yards situated on the South Bank of London’s River Thames.
- Mitie has renewed its contract with DP World Southampton, for a further two years, underpinning its sector expertise in maritime logistics security.
- SPIE UK’s Fire & Security business has secured a major three-year contract to provide fire and security maintenance services to Edinburgh Leisure, the largest leisure trust in Scotland.
