- Queen Alexandra College is seeking a contractor for the provision of catering services within the college. The contract is worth £2M. Bid Deadline date : 23 June 2023
- The Borough Council of Calderdale is looking for a contractor for the provision of repair & maintenance services. The service and works included are reactive fabric works, reactive plumbing works, drainage and roof/gutter cleaning. Bid Deadline date : 13 June 2023
- London Borough of Enfield is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the delivery of servicing, responsive maintenance of commercial/communal boilers, heating systems. Bid Deadline date : 19 June 2023
- Govia Thameslink Rail (GTR) is seeking Contractors to undertake reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and statutory inspections at depots, stations, office facilities, train crew accommodation and other locations. Bid Deadline date : 15 June 2023
- Housing for Women is looking for a supplier for the delivery of Neighbourhood Services comprising communal cleaning, grounds maintenance and pest control services. Bid Deadline date : 14 June 2023.

Public sector awards:
- Aramark Limited has been awarded a Prison Catering services contract worth £3M by the Ministry of Justice.
- Wates Property Services Limited has won a Mechanical & Electrical Contract from the London Borough of Enfield. The contract is worth £6M.
- City of London Corporation has awarded their £15M worth Integrated Facilities Management services contract to Atalian Servest Integrated Solutions Limited.
- Brigshaw Learning Partnership’s tender for catering services for four of their Primary schools has been awarded to JPL Catering Limited.
- CleanTEC Services Limited has been appointed to provide cleaning services for St Martin’s School.
Private sector awards:
- The Kent-based family-owned cleaning company, JCD, has signed a new contract with Historic Sussex Hotels.
- Facilities management provider, Spectrum Service Solutions, has secured a contract with department chain store, Harvey Nichols, in Edinburgh to provide cleaning, hygiene and sanitary, consumables and window cleaning services at the store and in the call centre facility at St Andrew Square.
- Artic Building Services has won a hard FM contract covering building services, mechanical, electrical & water hygiene with the renowned Roundhouse Theatre in the heart of London’s vibrant Camden Town.
