The high level plan for engagement is as follows:
- Step 1: Baachu team will share a questionnaire to firm up the acquisition targets such as identifies sectors, companies, gaps in capabilities etc.
- Step 2: Seek approval from client team to conduct first level analysis of identified acquisition targets. We recommend investing not more than 100 hours on the analysis of top two targets. In this quarter, we will also identify the boutique investment bankers operating in your sectors for our clients to approach and get the list of relevant companies that are up for sale.
Further support will be agreed between Baachu team and client based on requirements
