Geoff is an instantly recognisable Leader in the FM industry and particularly known for actively championing the need for effective maintenance strategies, workable designs and driving improved standards of delivery in the built environment.
He has over 40 years experience, in private and public sector industries, including the banking sector, critical environments, large property portfolios including NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland, and Transport/Rail Infrastructure with British Rail, Local Authorities including Essex County Council, District /Regional Government and the Education sector UCL, with particular, emphasis in recent years with leading change and business transformation.
He is well known for developing the industry and people wherever he can and continues also with Consultancy to a range of clients. Amongst his many qualifications and awards, he is also the only person in the industry who is a Fellow of CIBSE, RICS and IWFM and is also a member of The Institute of Directors.
