The Challenge

The deal started mid-2015, the complexity of the deal warrantied a hands-on role to expedite operational and commercial lead for project closure in Q3 2015.

The Solution

In addition to taking the mobilisation role, our senior consultant Baskar, managed a team of 12 internal team members, He also led the successful operational and commercial due diligence of the contract consolidating IT, Telecoms, Pensions, Supply chain, HR, Tax, Health and Safety and Legal findings in 6 weeks leading a team of 18 internal subject matter and external financial – legal advisors (KPMG and Stephenson Harwood)

Baskar also led the business case to dispose the manufacturing (£1m business) unit identifying income streams, analysed cost structures and future development activities
