The Challenge
The client was keen to enter the framework but lacked operational data and commercial capability to submit the pricing and solutions.
The Solution
Our lead consultant successfully led CCS Next Generation Framework Bid for the Construction FM business. This was my clients first bid in the new growth strategy which he developed and implemented. He worked with regional operations directors benchmarked 20+ contracts across 30 services lines to extract sq. m price.
He also managed a team of 8 members (estimators, bid writers, commercial manager, procurement, finance) and successfully developed the team and operationally focused service heads to bid and win Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the framework.
