RM6089 Workplace Services (FM Phase-2)-Lot-1
This agreement under Lot-1 provides access to:
- Specialist security suppliers for the provision of both physical and technical security
Contracts can be let under this agreement for an initial length of up-to 7 years. This is inclusive of the mobilization period, and a maximum duration (including extensions) of 10 years.
This FM framework under Lot-1 provides access to Security Services. Lots 1a, 1b (Security) services are suitable for all public sector, Devolved Administrations and third party entities including; Schools, Hospitals, Local Authorities, Charities and Central Government departments.
Lot 1 of the Workplace Services (FM Phase 2) Framework (RM6089) commenced on 25 January 2019 and has been extended to 24 January 2023.
Call-Off Contracts can be let for an initial period of up to seven years (with a maximum Contract Period of 10 years inclusive of all Call-Off Optional Extension Periods and Mobilisation Period).
