What does the UK Private Sector spend on Facilities Management (FM)?
The Public Sector in the Facilities Management (FM) market in the UK was estimated at £58.4 Bn, accounting for 49.9% of the total FM market in the country. In the Pubic Sector, the Soft FM services contributed £21.4Bn,accounting for 36.8% of the market share; followed by Integrated FM (26.2%) and Hard FM (22.4%). To know more Click Here

The UK subsidiary of engineering company Dizaja, part of one of the leading facility management and engineering groups in the Baltic states, Civinity, has signed an agreement with Vastint UK, the developer of the Sugar House Island neighborhood in East London.
The new mixed-use development in Stratford covering 26 acres will deliver 1,200 homes, 58,000 m2 of office and retail space, a new school and hotel, all bound by water. Read the full article here
