Facilities management provider 14forty, owned by Compass Group UK & Ireland, has been awarded a £15 million total facilities management (TFM) contract with Cadent Gas to provide soft and hard services across more than 70 UK sites over a three-year term. Cadent is the UK’s largest gas distribution network. It manages a network of more than 80,000 miles of pipe, most of it underground, which transports gas to approximately 11 million customers.

IFMA has announced the official formation of the International Facility Management Association Europe, Middle East, Africa (IFMA EMEA).
The association which became a legal entity as of 1 July 2021, will be governed by a board of directors and led by staff in Belgium.
