The FM outsourcing rebound continues unabated as reflected in the data of bids invited in the past one week. The tenders that were out in the last seven days saw a three-fold jump in total contract value over the previous week. There were 48 tender notices published with an estimated total contract value in excess of £450 Million across products, works and services. The local government authorities again were the lead buyers with 15 bid invitations.
