The weeks gone by saw Contracting authorities inviting bids to the tune of more than £1.5 Billion. The period saw 70 tender opportunities from buyers across market sectors with public sector authorities being at the forefront with some large offerings. Hard FM services like construction works, Repair & Maintenance and Engineering Design stole the limelight with bulk of the contracts being offered in this space.
Market Insights - Contract awards for first three weeks of July-22
The FM outsourcing has stayed quite buoyant in the month of July for the first three weeks just gone by with both public & private sectors contributing to the business deals exchanged. Public Sector buyers awarded 78 Contracts worth more than £150 Million while the Private sector offered 15 contracts worth more than £100 Million. The awards were in line with the recent trends which have kept the outsourcing industry busy with business deals with an average of four contracts being awarded each day during the last three weeks.
