This Week Tender Alerts

The last week saw FM buyers inviting bids worth more than £150 Million through 40 tender notices. The services contracts outpaced Works & Products with 28 bid invitations. Among the services Cleaning and Catering together garnered 50% of the services contracts with 14 bid invitations worth £28 Million.  Among the Works Projects all tenders issued in the past seven days are for construction works worth £48 Million.

Market Insights - Contract awards for Week-4 of July-22

The FM Industry in the past one week saw around 30 agreements being signed between the Buyers and Suppliers for Contracts worth £80 Million across Public & Private sectors. In the Public Sector, Construction works projects led the outsourcing pie with 10 Contracts being signed followed by four Catering contracts. Among the few large agreements, University of Sheffield awarded a £2.25 Million worth of contract to Assix Limited for a facade replacement construction work for one of its buildings.
 
In the private sector arena, Clarks Shoes offered a £54 Million Integrated FM contract for a 5 year term while Peabody Housing association offered a £20 Million Repairs and Maintenance contract for a 3 year term.
