This Week Tender Alerts
The week saw more than 100 tender notices worth Contract value in excess of £400 Million being published by the public sector authorities. Services yet again constituted the bulk of the procurement notices followed by Works projects. Services saw 55 bid invitations during the week while there were more than 20 Works project tender notices released. The week saw an overall growth in the FM procurement space over the previous week.

PFI is a way to finance and provide public sector infrastructure and capital equipment projects, such as roads, hospitals, and schools.
