UK FM Market by Stream- Mechanical and Electrical Sector
Mechanical & Electrical systems that are installed and maintained by a Facilities Management company comes under M&E service, Mechanical Systems can include elements of infrastructure, plant and machinery, tools and components and heating and ventilation. The M&E Services spends circa~ £16.3 Bn in terms of Total Contract Value (TCV), accounting for 13.9% of total UK FM Market.
