Public sector awards:
   

  • The Harrow Schools Consortium has appointed Evergreen Facilities Services Ltd for the provision of cleaning services. The contract is worth £10.8M.
  • Carwood Motor Units Limited has been appointed by the Ministry of Defence for the provision of Repair & Maintenance services. The contract starts is worth £2M.
  • CBRE Managed Services Ltd has been awarded a Total Facilities Management services contract by United Utilities Water Ltd. The contract is worth £99M.
  • Harrison Catering Services Ltd has been awarded a contract for the provision of catering services by the Robert May’s School. The contract is worth £2.4M.
  • Crown Commercial Service has awarded a contract for the provision of security services to Mitie Security Limited. The contract is for 5 years and is worth £3.9M.
    
Private sector awards:
   
  • OCS has been appointed by Southbank Centre to supply total facilities management services to its sites over the next five years.
  • Corps Security has landed a contract with the National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Limited (NFU Mutual) to provide security service at over 30 of its sites.
  • OCS has won a contract to continue providing laundry services to Virgin Atlantic.
  • Airwaves Facilities Management has won a new contract with West Midlands Police to provide grounds maintenance works throughout the force’s estates.
  • Lovat’s Group, has secured a £7 million contract to provide hard FM services to the National Records of Scotland Estate.
