The functionality should also be made available to its customers through a customer portal.

The solution should allow various activities including recording faults, resource management, cost collection, etc. The same portal should also help customers availing housing services including allocation, tenancy management, estate management etc. This should also allow the business to undertake all activity & workflows relating to its asset management services.

The interested supplier should have a prior experience in the relevant field and is expected to deliver a single system solution which delivers all requirements of the council.
