The London Borough of Enfield has invited bids for a huge £1.77 Billion housing project from qualified & experienced suppliers for the provision of works & services to deliver Enfield’s Affordable housing program.

The works and services will be delivered under a framework comprising three lots:

Lot1 – Development and Works
Lot2a – Development Services & Sales
Lot2b – Estate Management

The scope of work will include Building construction, demolition, earthmoving work. The contract will also include Systems & technical consultancy, architectural, engineering and inspection services.
