There were more than 25 Tender notices released during the week. Service Contracts led the charge with 13 contracts followed by Works projects and product supplies. Cleaning & Security services were much in demand followed by Construction Projects. Cleaning services garnered 20 contracts either standalone or bundled with other integrated services and became the top pick for the week with suppliers of this service eyeing these contracts. Among the market categories Higher education which includes Universities & Colleges were the top buyers with ten tender notices being published during the week. Surrey County Council is the county council administering certain services in the non-metropolitan county of Surrey in England. The council authority has issued tender notice for procuring a 5-year Framework of contractors for its £30 Million Maintenance minor capital works Programme. The new Framework will comprise three Lots: Lot 1 Fabric; Lot 2 Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing; Lot 3 Design and Build.  Successful companies will secure a place on the Frameworks, so that they can tender for annual packages of works over the next 5 years. The total contract value over the next five years is £150 Million.
