The FM market continued its upward trajectory in the past one week with buyers inviting bids worth in excess of £400 Million through around 38 tender notices. This was an increase of around £50 Million worth of bids over the previous week. Hard FM services took the lead during the week with 29 bid invitations worth more than £340 Million being issued. Among these Repair & Maintenance services were the most sought after followed by Building Construction works.
