The last seven days have seen an uptake in the number of tenders released over the previous week. The week saw more than 100 bid invitations from FM Buyers worth more than £300 Million. Among the categories Services surpassed Works & Products with Repair & Maintenance from Hard FM along with Cleaning, Catering and waste management from Soft FM stealing the limelight. Construction related works projects also saw high number of tenders during the week.

Croydon Council is the local authority for the London Borough of Croydon in Greater London, England. The Council authority has invited bids from suppliers having similar expertise for services to be provided under the contract including servicing and responsive maintenance of boilers and similar heat sources, both domestic and communal, and associated distribution systems within occupied and void (empty) properties. The agreement with an estimated contract value of £41.9 Million will run for 10.5 Years.

London Luton Airport is an international airport located in Luton, Bedfordshire, England. The agreement with an estimated contract value of £17 Million will run for a 6 year term.

Manchester City Council is the local government authority for Manchester, a city and metropolitan borough in Greater Manchester, England. The Service Provider will also be responsible for the enforcement of a number of Off-Street carparks, managed by Manchester City Council. The Authority has a requirement for cleaning services at sites throughout Dorset and Wiltshire. The Authority proposes to enter into a contract with the Successful Bidder for a period of three years. The Authority may extend the contract for further period not exceeding one year or 12 months in total. The estimated contract value is £1.4 Million for a 3 year term.
