London Borough of Harrow is a London borough in north-west London, England, and forms part of Outer London. The London Borough of Harrow (the Authority) is seeking to procure a Framework agreement for the provision of minor building works, mechanical works and electrical works covering approximately 200 buildings across its estate. The framework will be in 3 lots: Lot 1 – Minor Works Lot 2 – Mechanical Works Lot 3 – Electrical Works. This works agreement has an estimated contract value of £28 Million for a 4 year term.

Western Health and Social Care Trust is a health organization in Northern Ireland. The trust authorities wish to appoint two Economic Operators to enter into frameworks for the provision of Minor Building Works and Building Maintenance Works (including reactive and planned maintenance) for the Western Trust Estate. The project is for the provision of Minor Works to properties within Western Health and Social Care Trust. The framework agreement has a contract value of £8 Million for a 4 year term.

NHS Lanarkshire is responsible for the health care of people living within the council areas of North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire in Scotland. The trust has invited bids for a Plumbing Contracting Framework in conjunction with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and NHS Golden Jubilee. The Framework will be split into two lots: Lot 1- NHS GGC and NHS Golden Jubilee, Lot 2- NHS Lanarkshire. The framework covers key services such as planned works, routine maintenance works, unplanned reactive works/emergency call outs and Minor Project/Capital works. The agreement will have an estimated contract value of £6.7 Million.

Christie NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester, manages the Christie Hospital. The NHS Christie Foundation Trust are looking to procure a Facilities Management Service Provider to maintain the newly developed Paterson Building, Manchester. The Service Provider shall provide a customer focused, professionally managed, high quality and value for money service for the duration of the Contract Period. The FM services provided under the Contract shall include the following: Helpdesk, CAFM, and data management solution; Hard FM services comprising of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance covering; Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets and installations; and Building fabric maintenance; Soft FM services comprising of: Planned and Reactive Cleaning Service (including a day cleaning service and window cleaning); and Planned and Reactive Pest Control Service. The agreement will have an estimated contract value of £6 Million for a 5 year term.
