The growth story in the FM outsourcing space continues unabated as is evident from the number of bids invited by the buyers during the last seven day period. The week saw more than 100 tender notices with bid values in excess of £5 billion being issued for various Services, Products & Works projects. The period also saw some bid invitations for high value framework agreements in excess of £1 billion. Services again led with 65 bids worth £3 billion followed by works projects with bids amounting to £1.7 billion. 

Product supplies gained with around 10 tender notices being issued. The overall industry outlook has remained quite positive in the past few weeks and is expected to remain the same in the near future as well.
