The new business  opportunities remained buoyant in the FM outsourcing arena during the last seven day period. The buyers kept the momentum up with offerings across Service categories and Market sectors. The week saw 90 bids being invited for a contract value in excess of £2 billion.

Services continued to remain at the forefront with 58 Tender notices followed by Works projects with 23 bid invitations. Product supplies also registered their presence with 3 offerings. The Local government authorities were the lead buyers with more than 30 contracts being offered for various services with a bid value in excess of £500 Million.
