The growth trajectory in the FM outsourcing took a quantum leap in the past one week as the buyers issued tenders for 117 contracts registering a week-on-week growth of 30% over the previous week.

 The bid value breached the £4 billion mark during the week. Services again outpaced others with 87 bids followed by Works projects with 24 Tenders being released. Product supplies also registered their presence with 6 Bids. The Local Government authorities including City, District & County Councils were the largest buyers by offering 37 contracts with an overall contract value in excess of £1.2 billion.
