Portsmouth City Council – the ‘council’ – is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of servicing, maintenance, installation and compliance checks of gas, water, heating and other associated building installations across the council’s housing stock and wider property portfolio on a term service partner basis. The council is targeting to have awarded the contract by 10 July 2023 to allow for commencement on 2 October 2023. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of five years thereafter the council will have the option to extend the term by a period(s) of up to a maximum of five years. The estimated contract value for a 5-year term for this agreement is £40 Million.

Bridge Schools is a multi-academy trust, located across Cornwall, comprising of fourteen Primary Schools. The school has invited bids through this tender notice wherein the successful Supplier will be required to provide catering services for Bridge Schools. The contract covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the Trust, which also includes all hospitality and free issue requirements. The duration of the contract being offered is for an initial three-year period commencing on 01 September 2023, with the potential to extend for a further two 12-month periods.
