The growth momentum in the FM outsourcing continued during the past one week with buyers keeping the market abuzz by putting some high value deals on offer though tender notices. The week saw more than 90 bid invitations worth more than £3 billion being issued for various Services, Products & Work Projects.

 The Local Government authorities including City, District & County Councils were the largest buyers by offering 33 contracts with an overall contract value in excess of £1 billion. Services again took the lead with 57 contracts followed by Works projects with 26 contracts. The product supplies also gained with 10 contracts being offered during the week.
