Contract Awards for the Week
Here’s a highlight on some of the most important contract awards from the previous week:
- Mitie has been awarded a five-year contract, worth £130 million, with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for the delivery of integrated FM services across the ‘East Region’ of HMRC’s estate.
- Sodexo Limited has been appointed by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for the provision of facilities management services. The contract is worth £321M.
- Grosvenor Services has retained its facilities management contract at Europe’s largest shopping centre, Westfield London.
- The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has appointed Geoffrey Robinson for the provision of repair & maintenance services. The contract is worth £6.25M.
- Hi-spec Facilities Services Ltd has been awarded a cleaning services contract by Odyssey Collaborative Trust. The contract is worth £1.53M.
- KGB Cleaning South West Limited has been awarded a contract for the provision of building cleaning services by Bordesley Multi Academy Trust. The contract is worth £1.16M.
- AIM Academies Trust has appointed Profile Security Services Ltd for the provision of security services. The contract is worth £1M.
- Dalkia UK, has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver total facilities management services to the recently rebuilt Paterson building by the Christie NHS Foundation Trust.
- Kier FM has been appointed by Cambridgeshire County Council to provide building, mechanical and electrical maintenance services to its portfolio of 160 corporate buildings across its county-wide estate.
- Polyteck has secured a four-year contract to provide maintenance services for Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP).
- Principle Cleaning Services has been awarded a three-year contract extension at 30 St Mary Axe, also known as the Gherkin to provide horizontal and internal and external vertical services along with waste management, pest control, stone cleaning and washroom services.
