- The London Borough of Southwark has awarded £11M worth contract to A & E Elkins Limited and Bridgewater Roofing Contractors Limited for the provision of Responsive Repair & Maintenance, as well as Roofing and Rainwater Chargeable Contracts.
- Home Group Limited has awarded an Office Facilities Management Framework contract worth £ 3M pounds to three companies: ICH Services Ltd, SBFM Limited, and Mitie Waste and Environmental. The contract is scheduled to commence on October 2, 2023, and will be in effect until September 30, 2028.
- Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council awarded a office cleaning contract worth £1M to Birkin Cleaning Services Limited
- Chequers Contract Services Ltd has been awarded a £3M contract by Southern Housing for the provision of cleaning services, with the contract set to conclude on November 30, 2027.
- Winchmore School has awarded a cleaning contract worth £1M to Purgo Supply Services Ltd.
- Corserv Ltd, acting on behalf of Corserv Facilities Ltd, has awarded a framework agreement valued at £1M to Kestrel Guards for the provision of security-related services.
- The Energy, Government & Infrastructure sector of ESS, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has secured a four-year soft services contract with the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA).
- Expansive FM has been appointed as the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) partner for the St. Monica Trust following a competitive tender process.
