Contract Awards
Most noteworthy contract wins for this week include:
- Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole Council has given a Cleaning and sanitation services contract worth £9 Million to Churchill Contract Services Ltd and Goshen Multiservices LTD for a period of 3 years. The contract will end in 31 March 2026.
- Colchester City Council awarded a Recycling contract worth £1 Million to Plan B Management Solutions Ltd starting from1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025.
- Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency has awarded a £1 Million contract for the provision of 3rd party IT Health Check to Salus Digital Security Limited, Dionach LTD and Cyberis Limited starting from 27 July 2023 26 July 2025.
- Mitie (Defra, CG&D) was awarded a contract for Refurbishment of Olympia House to provide additional laboratory facilities. The contract worth £2 Million will start from 30 June 2023 and will end on 1 December 2023.
- The Defence, Marine & Aerospace sector of ESS, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, has been awarded a six-year contract for the delivery of staff catering and hospitality services at the Port of Felixstowe.

- The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has awarded Mitie Defence Limited a £150 million contract to provide key services for the UK Armed Forces serving in Germany and Italy.
- Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) has been appointed for the delivery of hard services at the University Hospital of North Durham worth £13.5M, which runs until March 2028.
- Prime Facility Services, a leading provider of commercial cleaning services in the education sector, has won a contract with St Bartholomew’s CE MAT in the West Midlands. The tender was won through the YPO framework and is expected to generate an estimated £400,000 over its duration.
- Kent-based property service specialist, DMA Group, has been awarded a major fire compliance project worth in excess of £2 million at the Port of Dover. The project will see DMA Group undertaking repairs and improvements as part of the Ports duties to maintain fire precautions within approximately 65 buildings across the Port, managed and delivered by the resident onsite team.

- Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Pan Public Sector Collaborative Agreement for the provision of Healthcare Soft FM Services to be utilized by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies. - The Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Providers to enter into a Term Contract for the delivery of repairs and maintenance services and planned capital investment works. The agreement valued at £165 Million will run for an initial 4.5-year term and the bids will close on 1st Sept-23. Register your interest here
- University of the West of England is looking to procure a Hard FM provider for its 3 campuses. The scope of the contract will include repair and maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical assets in the University’s residential and non-residential properties. The bids will be accepted till 22nd Aug-23 and the contract is valued at £60 Million.Register your interest here
- Radius Housing intends to enter into a Contract with the successful supplier for the periodic and routine grounds maintenance, communal building & window cleaning and estate services to its Properties to meet its repairing and maintenance obligations as a landlord. The bids are open till 31st Aug-23 for the agreement worth £7 Million.Register your interest here
- Byrchall High School has invited bids for Catering services. This will be a 3-year term contract beginning 1st Apr-24. The contract value is estimated at £1.25 Million and the bids close on 1st Sept-23. Register your interest here
- Live West Homes Ltd is looking for a supplier to provide Cleaning services to communal areas including communal lounges, community rooms, kitchens, guest rooms, bin stores and bike stores. The contract worth £5 Million will be open for bidding till 28th Aug-23. Register your interest here
