Contract Highlights This Week

  • Carmarthenshire County Council awarded a contract worth £1 M to Arch Utility Services (SW) Ltd, West Wales Waste Limited, Siddell Environmental Services Limited, Siddell Environmental Services Limited, Arch Utility Services (SW) Ltd, West Wales Waste Limited, Siddell Environmental Services Limited for the provision of sewage removal services, sewerage-related services and associated remedial works required for the delivery and operation of its Property Maintenance, Highways and Flood Defence assets.
  • West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service has awarded a cleaning contract valued at £2 million to Pristine Clean Services Ltd.
  • Curo Group Limited has granted a £3 million contract to Glendale Countryside for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services. The contract is set to commence on October 1, 2023, and will extend until October 1, 2026.
  • The Education Authority Northern Ireland has awarded a £4 million contract to Irwin ME Ltd for planned and responsive electrical maintenance and minor works. This contract will be in effect until May 31, 2024
  • Dunsters Farm Ltd, Morris Quality Bakers, and Ralph Livesey Ltd have secured a £5 million framework agreement for the supply of Fresh Bread & Morning Goods, Fresh Meat Products, and Soft Drinks & Confectionery. This agreement is effective from September 1, 2023, to November 30, 2025.

  • Dalkia UK has been appointed by The Christie NHS Foundation Trust to deliver a new multi-service facilities contract.

  •  ISS has expanded its Facility Management (FM) contracts with the Government Property Agency (GPA) in England, as part of the GPA’s workplace services transformation program. These contracts cover hard FM services in the North and Central regions, including HVAC maintenance, and soft FM services (cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, catering) in the South and London, initially spanning five years with a potential two-year extension.
  • Integrated Facilities Management provider, BAM FM, has secured a contract to deliver facilities management services for three academic establishments: Wallyford Learning Campus, University of Chester, and Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT). For Wallyford Learning Campus, BAM FM will provide a range of hard and soft facilities management services for a duration of 12 years until 2035.
